Geaux Saints
So one of my new twitter potnas, @TenieshaBiagas, pulled my coattail on my updates. Thanx for keeping me on my toes. So here we go. What better way to kick it off than to congratulate my Saints. 5-0 is where we @ with it. Make that a strong 5-0. I can finally say we are a complete team. Til this day I believe thats what kept my Paw-Paw's (grandfather) hand on that bottle of Jack. So to this victorious start I say R.I.P. Herbert Cade Sr. & Geaux Saints!!!!!!!

Been A Fan Since This
To show you the power of technology. I seen this video on MTV on a random high/late night ride of channel surfing. The visual was a total contrast of the music. I was immediately taken back by it. A day later I looked the video up on youtube. Watched it waaay too many times. The song reminded me how "dope" I was once I digested the lyrics. T-Phips hitem on myspace and he responded. I saw he was reachable so I shot a message. He hollered back. Long story short he was writing to my beats within 3 days of ever even knowing he existed. All this lead to a spot on the 'DOPE' ep (Radio ft. Irie Li & Curren$y). God willing I make the fresh joint. Can you imagine seeing Nas "It aint hard to tell" video and have him recording to your ish within days. Im still taken back by the whole experience man. On top of it all Tab's a down to earth brother with mega high ambitions. The homey just be making it happen. And it can never be overstated that he is totally INDEPENDENT! Definitely one of my favorite artists and people I know. So yall check for that "FRESH" coming soon. Go back and cop tht "Fly Guys Theme" & "Dope" on iTunes a.s.a.p. 1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day, and while you walk, smile.

3. When you wake up in the morning complete the following statement,
‘ My purpose is to__________ today. I am thankful for______________ ‘
4. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that
is manufactured in plants.
5. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat blueberries, wild Alaskan
salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts. (google em LOL)
6. Try to make at least three people smile each day. (1 down!)
7. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy vampires,
issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you cannot control
Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment. <—–chuuuch!
8. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a broke
college kid.

10. Life is too short to waste time hating. Haters never win. Winners never hate.

The Phipstape Easter Sunday
Wut up people. Its beenn a minute but here i am man. We @ Bakadahouse Music will be putting out a project titled "The Phipstape" on Easter Sunday. Its simply a collection of music me and my counterparts have recorded over the past few months. I even threw in some recordings from the original Bakadahouse studio on Sere St. in New Orleans (pre-Katrina). Get ready for it yall. It'll be the 1st edition of the Phipsfiles. Be the first to hop aboard cuz it'll be gettin crowded in a few. Fugg with me. Shout out to Becky Bilions or the artwork.
